[ Genya blinks, surprised, before shooting Aak a flat look. ]

No, I'm not worried about calories. [ he moves his hand to cut and take another slice, ] Sorry, it's a habit. Back home, I didn't eat much so I could eat demon flesh whenever I needed to. [ he huffs in a laugh, ] But you guys don't need me to become a demon so that's not necessary.

[ He looks at Rin before offering a little smile, ]

It's good. I like it.

Really? With a body like this? You're so big and sturdy! What the hell would you look like properly fed?

[Operation "Bentos for Genya" starting to build up in her brain. What would his final form be? How big could their romantic demon slayer get if he was properly fed?

For now Rin pats him on the back and gestures for them to return to the livingroom where they can all squeeze cozily on the couch together.]

[Some people just had the genetics for it, probably. Aak doesn't wanna think about the pounds he's put on in two years without combat operations. Fur could only hide so much developing pudge before someone called him out on it. That was also the difference between smaller portions as a choice versus a necessity.]

She's gonna stuff you now, dude. [Aak says, perfectly predicting where her mind was going.]

The only thing you're gonna become tonight is a snack demon. [a teasing poke to the side before settling down on the couch. He's going for the middle, of course. He's selfish and he doesn't wanna be separated from either of them. If they wanna flirt that have to flirt right over him and he can intercept.]

[ Genetics from a huge, brutish father, and then years of training like a dog. But he doesn't say anything about either of those things, following along to settle down onto the couch, easily taking one of the other sides of Aak. ]

I don't know? I don't think much different. [ scandalously, he reaches in to scrub Aak's belly, ] It's cuter on someone like Aak, anyway.

[ Squish squish chub squish... ]

Genya, [she says firmly with one hand on Aak's knee as she leans over his lap to glare at Mr. Snack Demon] are you trying to say you don't like my cooking? Is that why you don't want to eat what I make you?

[Rin knows she's a good cook, but she's also not above guilting a man into eating well.]

[There's a yipe from Aak as he makes sure to balance his cake plate even with an intruding hand. He would normally cut in to have Rin lay off the guilt trip but now he's left to pout at how easily Genya puts hands on him casually.]

[Although the pout doesn't make him pull away from either of them, nor does it stop him from putting a bite of cake in his mouth. He'll keep the tines by his lip while watching Rin try to light the spirit of cleaning his plate in Genya.]

[ Genya keeps squishing Aak like some kind of stress toy while turning his gaze toward Rin, ]

You’re a great cook.

[ He has tastebuds—but he also has trauma!!!! Still. Their worry warms him, fuzzing up his chest in a way that’s unfamiliar. Ugh… he really likes these two so much, even if they’re a pair of weird annoying brats. ]

… I’ll eat it all.

[ Watch! He finally pauses being a villain boyfriend to poor Aak and helps himself to a few bites. ]

And you'll have seconds. You hear me, Genya? You're not going to be saving room in your stomach for a demon on the holidays. Got it?

[She points to him accusingly while her weight leans into Aak who had decided that being in the middle of this was a grand idea. Does he still feel like that was the best choice?]

[The way they bicker feels natural. As weird as the three of them were, it sorta felt like a scene you could see on any sort of TV show. One person trying to be accommodating while their old ball and chain nags them. Despite all the negative connotations, though, it's sweet. They were never meant to be the good examples anyways.]

You really want him puttin' on pounds, huh... [Look, the smoosh of Rin's shoulder and chest against his is easier to deal with. He refuses to regret his position.]

A holiday's just another day, [he shifts over towards Genya, meaning that now it's a diagonal slide of his weight plus Rin's weight on Genya's side. He can take it.]

You probably just wanna surrender tonight, though. Pick your battles and all that.

[Christmas wasn't hugely significant in his life but, if Rin wanted to celebrate it, well, he didn't hate parties. He didn't hate getting together and spending some time for no reason in particular. He would stay out from underfoot of any big planning and then cutely reward Rin for her efforts.]

[ Why has a low-key evening with his two funky little guys suddenly turned into a feeding kink session?? But he knows Aak is right; Genya quickly accepts defeat, nodding his head like a chicken pecking at corn. As if he would have told Rin no. ]

Alright, alright. I’ll eat as much as I can.

[ But… wait? Shouldn’t he get something out of this? Something, he imagines, Rin also might be on board with as a cat and Aak lover. ]

As long as I get to play with your paw pads.

[ His villain era continues. ]

[—Oh! What a grand idea! To think her precious hubby could be this smart! Quickly Rin's gaze tears away from Genya and instead it locks on Aak. Like a heat seeking (paw seeking) missile.]

[Look, considering the funkiness rating of his little guys, this much chaos is still on the low scale of things. Aak hasn't even taken any bottles out of his pockets (because of course, even without his lab coat, he's got stuff on him).]

What. [hey man what the fuck!!]

Look, you don't even need a reward for anything! [he jabs his fork in Rin's direction, pulling his knees up as if he needs to tuck his feet under him to protect them from the paw-seeking missiles.]

It's weird for you guys to just be touching them!

[ Raises his hand and looks at Rin—]

[Her hand shoots way up without hesitation.]

Oh my. It looks like our middleman has been outvoted!

[Aak's ears go airplane mode as his lips tug down, making a displeased growl in the back of his throat. Despite the big displays, he's not actually going to object object. He just needs to make his displeasure known.]

What sorta messed up holiday activity is this?!

[and then he takes a grumpy, stubborn forkful of cake to bite]

[The feet are, begrudgingly, inches out from their hiding space.]

[ HE HAS MANLY PECS. Pecs that he is willing to sacrifice for the sake of touching paw feet, but damn... boobs... Genya's face crinkles as he helps himself to another bite of cake. ]

[A few bites into her cake comes first before:] You have a deal.

[If only because she's quite certain they'll become so derailed by the paw-play that either Aak gets what he wants out of natural escalation anyway, or something else comes up and it's fine.]

I can fix that. [It's a funnier answer than trying to explain that he totally does, it's not like "boobs" has a strict definition, anything with nipples and some padding works for his definition. It's funnier to just let that threat hang in the air.]

[Rin knows it's a technique, Aak's confident the threat will make sure weirdness hangs in the air either way. These are the two people he loves.]

[He slides his feet off the seat of the couch and lets them dangle down again. He is not, though, making them any easier to access. They either have to wait until they're all done with cake and specifically move or get on the floor for access to the paw pads.]

[ Aak truly underestimates what people who like paws will do to get their hands on them. Genya doesn’t even think about it, temporarily putting his plate onto the table so he can sit on the floor in front of Aak.

He shamelessly grabs an ankle and, in the same way a cat-obsessed cat slave would, presses the tantalizing beans right against his lips to squish them there.

Ah… paw heaven. Even if Aak’s paw feet, otherwise known as peets, are different from a normal cat’s paw… it’s still healing. ]

[Tohsaka doesn't actually move because she's too stunned Genya's eagerness. Wow, she never realized he had such a fetish...]

I didn't expect it to be so immediate.

[She wanted to finish the cake first. The fruit will get icky if it's left too long... Rin just keeps eating as Genya assaults poor Aak's peets.]

[See, this is why Aak was weird about it! He looks over at Rin to meet her eyes as Genya is down on the floor and grasping his ankle. It's weird, right?!]

... yeesh, I don't get what's so good about it. [There's a little wriggle in response to the touch. He doesn't have retractable nails or anything but they're a decent enough distance away that he doesn't have to worry about anything while Genya's smooching the pad. If anything, he'd worry more about hurting the guy by twitching a muscle and kicking him in the face.]

[the bean is soft and welcoming, though, a pale pink that gives just the right amount]

[Rin can also see the little shift in Aak's expression, the little twist of his lips that comes from having a part of the body not used to affection so doted on. She can probably tell that he doesn't hate it, even if it's embarrassing. The Feline just goes for another bite of cake.]

[ Listen. Listen. Despite what Aak might think, he has cute peets, and Genya so rarely gets to indulge in them. It's Christmas. What is Christmas for if not joy? Cake and peets. Joy and joy. Which is why he will sit there with Aak's foot on his face. ]

Not really.

[Rin sighs before setting her plate on the coffee table. From there she reaches over Aak's lap to grab the leg opposite of her. Carefully she guides him to bend his knee so that he crosses his leg and has his paw resting in her lap. For now she just pets whatever fur at the ankle and above she can touch.]

It started out as a holiday to celebrate a prophet who became a deity in my legal guardian's religion, but where I live it's mostly a commercial holiday that couples use as an excuse to spend time together. Pairs would usually make plans to go see shopping areas all lit up with twinkling lights and thematic decorations. A dinner of fried chicken followed up by a Christmas cake dessert... I never really celebrated it myself because I didn't have a partner or family to celebrate with.

[There is an eep and a wriggle,] Watch the lips! At least move if you're gonna talk!

[Hello, help, he's being used... at least Rin stealing his other foot isn't going directly for a paw attack. At least he can still finish his cake while being mercilessly attacked on both sides. His complaining drifts into a mild grumble as Rin speaks. Some things lined up. And it's not like he ever really thought about the purpose behind the celebrations that were in his life.]

So it's a couple thing? [he tilts his head, like, "ohhh, that makes sense why we're both here."]

Dunno about that for me. People exchange gifts and stuff, sure, but I don't think they gotta be going out for that. Any excuse to have a party, I guess.

[ Genya does not move his lips away!! That peet is staying right here. ]

I remember seeing people celebrate when passing through larger cities. Usually richer people enjoying lights and decorations. I mostly lived in the countryside, so it wasn't as popular.

[ He's quiet for a moment before grabbing Aak's ankle to finally spare him the tickling. ]

So we're... family, huh.

[ In a way. What a warm feeling... he had spent so many years alone, chasing after his brother and trying to get stronger. Though he hates this dumb resort, this is something he wouldn't otherwise have had. ]
